This policy explains what information just the good stuff ("we", "us") collects through justthegoodstuff.net, what we do with it, and the choices you have. The short version: we ask for your first name and email so we can tell you when our bars are ready, and we don't sell your information to anyone.
What we collect
- What you give us. When you join our list, we collect your first name and email address.
- What's collected automatically. Like most websites, the services that run this site receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of your visit. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We don't use advertising cookies or analytics trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To let you know when our bars launch and where to get them.
- To send occasional updates about just the good stuff, such as new flavors or news we think you'll want.
- To reply if you write to us.
- To keep the site running, secure and free of abuse.
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the site and our emails, and only so they can do that work for us:
- Klaviyo stores our email list and sends our emails.
- Cloudflare hosts and protects this website.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, which means your browser requests them from Google.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
- See, correct or delete your information. Email hello@justthegoodstuff.net and we'll take care of it.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights over your information. Contact us and we'll help.
How long we keep it
We keep your name and email for as long as you're on our list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we'll remove it, except for anything we need to keep to respect your request or to meet a legal obligation.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we work to keep yours protected.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know by email.
